So many first time experiences US Part 2/4

Oh my goodness! Living, working and playing in Park City, Utah just like a dream come true! There were so many first time experiences happening at the same time. As I started working at PCMR as a busboy (cleaning up the tables) in the restaurant at the base of the resort, I met so many new people especially those come from South America and parts of the US. I never felt so escastic like this in my life. Sometimes when I look back at this situation it so glorified.

Everything is not just focused working as a busboy and meeting Americans. During second week of December just before I got very ill with viral infection from strains of flu; I finally experienced snow fall for first time in my life! It was amazing to see snow falling especially when you are outside not even getting wet like a tropical downpour I get all the time back home. This is different! Even I got to ski too!

Finally Christmas came, everything at work got so extremely busy filled with tourists and skiers. I got a promotion to do servery assistant job which I able to help my supervisors and colleagues collecting stock and silverwares for our deliverances. I never got this enjoyable whilst working because I had so many opportunities to meet unique people like before. As winter become so cold, frigid and snowy I always enjoyed this beautiful view within walkable distance from the place I stayed. It has been incredible that I experienced temperatures at least -35 degrees below freezing! Unlike back home we always get +35 above freezing level!
After days and days of snow, sleet and blue sunshine I continued to experience diversity and the US's culture. Everything in reality is almost similar to Australia's way of lifestyle but more like us back in the 90's. Everything is almost cheap as back then. This may be the reason why I get to paid $9 per hour, but I am not too concerned of low wage because I always focused on hanging out with new friends especially from Chile, Peru and Argentina alongside with some Aussies within my group. These photos are the people who I have met along the way.

I never felt so amazing when I made so many friends, unlike I only had one friend during high school and University. This has build my confidence to expect the challenges of different people and helped me to understand their differences especially forms of communications and personalities. I have never thought of myself getting out of the baby's cot to meet people from diversity backgrounds is a success until these days. I has been a pleasure working and hanging out with people from overseas filled with new experiences and personal development.
